Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

Non-returnable items include but are not limited to:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers).
  • Intimate or sanitary items.
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
  • Gift cards.
  • Downloadable software products.
  • Certain health and personal care items.

To process your return, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Note: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds

There are certain situations where only partial refunds will be granted:

  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts due to reasons not caused by our error.
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you a notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be posted.
  3. Contact your bank, as there is often processing time before refunds are finalized.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at Stylenza2@gmail.com for assistance.


Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the return value. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift or the gift giver had the order sent to themselves, we will issue a refund to the gift giver.


Shipping Returns

To return your product, you must mail it to:

You are responsible for covering your own shipping costs for returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for expensive items. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
